Cancellation Policy
Please note: appointment cancellations or reschedules must be done 12 hours in advance of the appointment start time, through our Setmore booking system only. Cancellations or reschedules sent by email, txt, or social media are not valid and you will still be charged full price. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
